Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect what we need to make your order and reply to you, and nothing else.

What we collect

When you place an order we store your name, phone number, an optional email address, what you ordered, and any note you leave for the kitchen. When you book a table or send a message we store what you type into that form.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers on this site. There is no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies to consent to. The only cookie we set is the sign-in cookie for the store owner’s admin panel.

Payments

Online payments are handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay’s own secure form and are never sent to, seen by, or stored on our servers. We keep only the payment reference Razorpay returns, so we can match a payment to an order.

How we use it

To prepare and hand over your order, to call you when it is ready, to confirm a booking, and to reply to your message. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for accounting purposes. Booking requests and messages are kept while they are useful and deleted when they are not. You can ask us to delete anything we hold about you.

Other services

Our menu is also listed on Zomato and Swiggy, and we post on Instagram and Facebook. If you order or interact through those platforms, their own privacy policies apply — we have no control over what they collect. The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps, which sets its own cookies when it loads.

Your choices

Write to hello@houseofacai.in or call +91 92160 71276 to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We will action it within a reasonable time.
